Created originally for our restaurant's best-selling Grandma's Chicken & Rice, this hot sauce is one of our most popular creations. After our customers got a taste of it they quickly started demanding that we sell it in larger quantities. We are excited to share it with you!
How it's made:
The sauce is handmade in small batches every week by our restaurant's chefs. We use only the healthiest ingredients, like fresh red and habanero peppers, which give the sauce a subtle natural sweetness without any added sweeteners. After cooking the ingredients over a gentle flame, we blend all the ingredients to reach the desired consistency and bottle it.
Like our broths, the hot sauce is made in our restaurants in New York City. No third parties, co-packers, factories, or fancy processing involved. The sauce contains 0 grams of sugar and is paleo, keto, gluten-free, and vegan.

How to use it:
The hot sauce is incredibly versatile and goes great on everything - eggs, burgers, chicken, tacos, poke, pasta, bone broth and more. It also makes a great marinade for grilled meat.
Because of the acidity in the vinegar it is naturally shelf stable and behaves like any other vinegar-based hot sauce you may have in your pantry. Best used within 6 months after opening. Enjoy!
