How it's made:
We make our bone broth the same way they've been made for thousands of years: by hand, in a big pot, over a low flame for 18+ hours. The result is rich, gelatinous, and full of essential nutrients.
All of our broths are made in our restaurants in New York City. No third parties, co-packers, factories, or fancy processing involved. We simmer the broth overnight, freeze it, and deliver it straight to your door.

How to use it:
Both the Classic Chicken and Classic Beef broths can be sipped on their own, or used in a range of dishes like braises, rice, curries, soups, smoothies (yes, really!), gravy, pasta sauces, and so much more. They are the base for our most popular drinking broths in the restaurant where we add ingredients like ginger, kimchi, garlic, turmeric, hot sauce, chicken meat, rice, or zucchini noodles.
Handmade bone broth is a true kitchen staple, like olive oil and salt. It will improve just about any dish you include it in, adding flavor and nutrition. Any home cook will benefit from always having a quart on hand.
To serve, we recommend heating the refrigerated or frozen broth in a small pot or saucepan on your stove. Enjoy within six months in the freezer and six days in the refrigerator.
